Not everyone is a candidate for whitening because some stains cannot be lightened, but we well be able to quickly evaluate your potential for an improved smile.  With custom trays made in our office to cover and fit your teeth perfectly, you can bleach your teeth while you work, sleep or play. The take-home system can be just as effective as the in-office system, yet it takes longer to complete the treatment (up to 2 weeks).  You can choose to combine both systems for long-term results. The take-home system can be used periodically (every few months or before special occasions) to revitalize the original in-office system treatment as desired due to continued use of coffee, tea, colas, wines or tobacco.

Founded in 1975, The Atlanta Center for Cranio-Facial Pain and TMJ Disorders offers almost 30 years of experience in diagnosing and treating TMJ patients with conservative therapy. Dr. Alvin Siegel and his assistant, Linda Robinson are committed to excellence in the diagnosis and management of TMJ  to provide patients with relief and resolution.  Located on either side of the face directly in front of the ears are the temporomandibular joints TMJ.  These are the hinges that connect the lower jaw to the skull. Inside the joint and held in place by tiny restraining ligaments is a small piece of cartilage- the articular disc- which cushions movement between the lower jaw and skull. Five pairs of muscles attach to the upper and lower jaw, working in harmony with the temporomandibular joints and teeth to function in the acts of chewing, talking, and swallowing. Any of these body parts can fail to function correctly causing a Temporomandibular Joint Disorder TMJ.
